We’re ranked among the  Top 100 Finance Apps  in the App Store, and we’re expanding our platform with new features — including smart budgeting tools, partner integrations, and credit-building solutions.

We’re looking for a  detail-oriented Pre-Law or Legal Studies student  who’s passionate about financial compliance, technology, and consumer protection to join our team.

What You’ll Do

As a  Compliance Intern , you’ll work directly with our leadership team and company counsel to help maintain and strengthen Cashably’s compliance framework.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Researching and summarizing  federal and state lending & marketing regulations  (e.g. CFPB, FTC, TCPA).
• Assisting with  compliance documentation  for Cashably’s partners and vendors.
• Reviewing and updating  disclaimers, privacy policies, and terms of service  under attorney supervision.
• Supporting  advertising and App Store review  compliance to ensure our marketing stays accurate and transparent.
• Tracking and maintaining a  state-by-state lending compliance sheet  for cash advances and personal loan offers.
• Helping prepare  partner compliance packets  for banks, lenders, and API vendors.
