The Hop Ice Cream Cafe on Merrimon Avenue in Asheville, NC, is looking for a shift leader to join our team and help us bring happiness through ice cream to the people of Asheville while managing a small team.

Our ideal candidate is cheerful, outgoing, punctual, organized, and hard-working with some shift leader experience and great attention to detail!

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Food service experience
• Excellent customer service
• With at least 1 year of shift leader experience
• Confidence in leadership
• Able to offer in-the-moment correction
• Self-motivated

Starting pay is negotiable based on experience. Average credit card tips are included in pay, cash tips are great too. We offer a very flexible schedule and a great working environment!
