Responsibilities

• Oversee hospital clinical laboratories, neurology laboratory, and respiratory care department.
• Lead departmental strategic and budget planning initiatives.
• Ensure smooth operations through policy development, quality assurance, and equipment management.
• Manage hiring, training, and performance evaluations for a diverse team of professionals.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Work effectively with other departments and external partners.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Master's Degree a plus!)
• MT/CLS
• 5 years of clinical lab experience
• 2 years of hospital supervisory experience
