Packaging Project Manager

Job Description

We're working with a well-established systems integrator seeking a Packaging Project Manager to lead technically complex packaging and conveyor projects within food & beverage environments.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on conveyor expertise who can manage projects end-to-end - from customer handoff through installation and integration.

What You'll Do

• Manage packaging projects from design through installation
• Lead and coordinate internal resources to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
• Design and integrate conveyor and packaging systems
• Support equipment installation and on-site system integration
• Serve as a technical point of contact for customers

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in packaging and project/program management
• Strong conveyor systems knowledge (required)
• Experience with food & beverage or sanitary packaging applications
• Ability to design in AutoCAD 2D

Details

• Project sizes: $50K-$3M
• Travel: 25-50%, primarily New England
• Compensation: $130K-$150K base
