Real World Evidence Recruitment Consultant I'm currently partnered with an exciting fast-growing digital product studio at the cutting edge of sports, design, and technology. My client builds custom fan-engagement platforms for professional teams, delivering live content, e-commerce, ticketing, and immersive experiences that elevate fan loyalty.

They are seeking a Senior UX Product Designer to lead the end-to-end design process across mobile and web platforms. In this role, you’ll shape high-impact products used by passionate fanbases, partnering closely with product and engineering teams to bring functional experiences to life on game day and beyond.

Responsibilities

Own the full design lifecycle, from user flows and wireframes to polished prototypes and final assets

Design consistent, brand-aligned UI / UX in Figma and Photoshop

Write clear, engaging UI copy and microcopy

Collaborate with Product Owners and developers to deliver flawless user experiences

Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback-driven iteration

Help evolve our design system and ensure accessibility and scalability

Experience

7–10+ years in UX / Product design across mobile and web

Mastery of Figma and Photoshop (Sketch, Illustrator, AE a plus)

A strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design and storytelling

Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and ship production-ready designs

Deep knowledge of UX best practices, accessibility, and modern design systems

Confident communication and an eye for user delight in every detail

This is an onsite opportunity located in Holmdel, NJ and compensation will range from 200K - 250K base, and bonus depending on skills and years of experience.
