Requirements : What You'll Do :

Build and Own the Partnerships Pipeline

Identify, qualify, and engage new business owner prospects to drive top-of-funnel growth for our partnership strategy.

Drive Cold Outreach with Precision & Persistence

Execute cold outreach campaigns (calls, emails, LinkedIn) that open doors and get results — no scripts, just results-driven hustle.

Book and Prep High-Impact Meetings

Set up qualified, value-driven meetings for our Business Development Team by building trust and credibility with business owners.

Own the Message

Master our value proposition and clearly articulate how affiliating with Blue Cardinal can unlock long-term value for potential partners.

What We're Looking For :

Experience in Private Equity or PE-backed companies – You understand the pace, mindset, and high expectations that come with it.

Proven cold outreach success – You've booked meetings and moved the needle in crowded, competitive markets.

Self-starter with a relentless work ethic – You don’t wait to be told what to do; you drive results independently.

Strategic communicator – You can connect authentically, ask smart questions, and move conversations forward.

Metrics-driven – You track your numbers, optimize your tactics, and hold yourself accountable.
