Meta Sales Superstar

Become a Meta Sales Superstar! Shape the Future of Wearable Tech! Pay : $21 per hour + weekly, monthly, quarterly contests and spiffs

Shift Details : 6-hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays, totaling 12 hours per weekend. Flexible Shift Times : Either 11 AM 5 PM or 12 PM 6 PM each weekend day. Holiday Schedule : Additional shifts added in November and December for key customer shopping days

In this exciting role, you'll work closely with retail shoppers to recommend the perfect Meta products to meet their unique needs. You'll be the go-to person for customers seeking information on Meta's products, ensuring they have an interactive, informative, and prosperous shopping experience. Our team fully provides all technology training.

Job Description : Drive Sales Growth : Achieve and exceed sales targets for Meta's wearable products within the assigned market. Retail Engagement : Build strong relationships with retail leadership, employees, and customers. Product Training : Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for retail staff on Meta product features, benefits, and sales techniques. Sales Strategy Development : Develop and implement creative sales strategies to maximize product adoption and market share. Customer Engagement : Engage with customers at retail locations, demonstrating product value. Brand Ambassador : Represent Meta as a passionate and knowledgeable brand ambassador, creating excitement and enthusiasm for the products. Product Knowledge : Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Meta products, technology, and industry trends. Sales Reporting : Regularly report sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities.

Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent required. A minimum of 6 months experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing is preferred. An interest in wearables, specifically AV and VR products, is a plus. Ability to engage, inspire, demonstrate, and ask for the sale. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential. Impeccable integrity and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations. Thrive in a fast-paced environment; motivated to achieve sales targets. Availability to work weekend shifts required. Own a smartphone; tech-savvy. Ability to stand, walk around, reach, pick up, bend, and grab approximately 20 lbs. occasionally, with continuous hand / eye coordination and fine manipulation.
