As a Content & Communications Specialist, you'll play a key role in sharing our mission, programs, and services through a variety of communication channels. From website updates to email campaigns, you'll help ensure our community stays informed, inspired, and engaged. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Write and edit engaging, on-brand copy for multiple platforms including website, social media, email campaigns, newsletters, and print materials. Adapt messaging for each channel while maintaining consistent tone and voice.
Regularly update and maintain content on the YMCA website to ensure accuracy and relevance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep pages optimized, current, and aligned with marketing strategies.
Write, proofread, and schedule email communications, ensuring they are tailored to community needs and interests. Collect and upload distribution lists in partnership with internal teams.
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure all content reflects YMCA's mission, values, and brand guidelines.
