Overview

Packaging Engineering Co-Op (Summer / Fall 2026) at Organon. The Co-Op assignment will support our Global Packaging Technology Department, which serves as the Company's central packaging Center of Excellence with global responsibility for packaging related activities. The position is based in Plymouth Meeting, PA (a suburb of Philadelphia). It is a full-time paid Co-Op position, working 38.75 hours per week in the Summer / Fall 2026 (approx. June to December). The candidate selected will have opportunities to gain hands-on experience in a wide variety of areas within pharmaceutical packaging.

This role is open to candidates who are pursuing the required degree programs and plan to return to university after the internship to complete credit requirements for graduation.
