A company is looking for a Family Health Advocate to provide support to members and their families through healthcare navigation and resource facilitation.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to member inquiries regarding eligibility, benefits, claims, and provider searches
Coordinate issue resolution with providers, payers, or third parties for claims and grievances
Provide proactive care guidance and education on healthcare-related inquiries
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
2-year associate's degree in healthcare / health sciences or equivalent experience
Experience in roles such as Health Guide, Medical Assistant, or Pharmacy Technician
Experience in customer service within a healthcare setting
Proven ability to resolve sensitive customer service issues
