Job Description
Internal sales partner to the offshore distribution team covering both the U.S. Offshore and LatAm market. This role is responsible for engaging financial advisors and intermediaries across Latin America and other Spanish-speaking regions, positioning Virtus products and solutions in alignment with regional needs. Spanish fluency is essential for effective communication and relationship-building.

The base salary for this role is $73,000. The starting salary offer will vary based on the applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. This position is also eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
