What You Will Do
Your Role : Bridging Sales and Marketing
- Set Appointments for Sales Teams : You'll be the key point of contact for setting qualified appointments that the sales team can execute.
- Prospect and Convert Leads : You'll use workflows on ZoomInfo to identify leads, call on incoming website leads, and leverage Service Titan emails to upsell and cross-sell existing clients.
- Automate Outreach Campaigns : Utilize marketing automation tools to create and manage personalized, scalable campaigns designed to engage prospects and clients.
- Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead transitions and alignment of marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, research, and qualify commercial leads through ZoomInfo, website inquiries, and existing client data.Make outbound calls to prospects to schedule appointments for the sales team.Follow up with leads from the website, ensuring they're nurtured and converted to appointments.Utilize Service Titan emails to upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients.Marketing Automation & Workflow Management
Build and manage automated lead-nurturing workflows to ensure timely follow-ups with prospects and clients.Utilize ZoomInfo for lead generation workflows, ensuring all prospects are contacted within the desired timeframes.Monitor lead data using Segment to create and adjust campaigns based on real-time insights.Ensure marketing automation tools help convert leads efficiently into qualified appointments.Collaboration & Process Optimization
Work closely with the Senior B2B Marketing Strategist to align outreach efforts with broader sales and marketing campaigns.Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads and provide insights for successful meetings.Provide feedback to the marketing team on campaign performance, contributing to messaging and outreach improvements.Tracking & Reporting
Track metrics such as appointment conversion rates, email engagement, and lead qualification success.Regularly report on outreach campaign results and suggest improvements.Implement A / B testing on campaign elements to optimize engagement and appointment-setting efficiency.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Lead Qualification : Add $1M in commercial pipeline opportunities within 90 days.Appointment Conversion : Secure at least 15% of contacted prospects into appointments.Engagement Rates : Achieve a 25% response rate from targeted outreach campaigns.Efficiency Gains : Reduce average lead response time by 30% within the first 6 months through enhanced automation workflows.Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience :
3+ years of experience in B2B prospecting, inside sales, or marketing, ideally in commercial services or property management.Proven ability to use marketing automation tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, ActiveCampaign, Servicetitan) to prospect, nurture, and convert leads.Experience converting website and email leads into appointments, ensuring smooth transitions for the sales team.Strong communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach to different buyer personas.A track record of success in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Preferred Skills
Familiarity with home or facility service industries, especially plumbing, HVAC, or electrical services.Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies and tools.Proficiency with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.Experience in B2B sales and marketing automation.What Makes This Role Special?
