Job Title : CNC Operator / Machinist

Location : Mequon, WI

Shifts Available : 1st & 2nd Shift

Pay Rate : $26 – $35 per hour (based on experience)

Job Description :

We are seeking experienced CNC Operators / Machinists to join our growing team in Mequon, WI. This role offers competitive pay, excellent shift options, and opportunities for growth within a clean and professional manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities :

Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines to produce precision parts.

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.

Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure parts meet specifications.

Adjust machine settings and offsets as needed to maintain accuracy.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications :

Previous experience as a CNC Operator or Machinist required.

Strong knowledge of machine setup, tooling, and offsets.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).

Solid understanding of safety standards and quality procedures.

Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team.
