As an Elara Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator you'll contribute to our success in the following ways :
Provides support coordination of recruitment projects and related services to supervisors, hiring managers, recruitment team members, and others.Participates and supports in the implementation of recruitment projects and programsHandles and prioritizes multiple ranges of administrative recruiting related tasks (i.e., prepare hiring paperwork, candidate information packets, etc.).Serves as resource for recruitment policies, procedures, and practices to supervisors, HR staff, and others.Assists with potential employee screens and schedules interviews.What is Required?
High School Diploma or GED required4+ years of administrative / coordination experience in Talent Acquisition or HR functionsProficiency with MS office Suite Word, Excel, Outlook, TeamsProficiency with social media platforms such as Facebook and LinkedInPrior experience with ATS systems such as WorkdayKnowledge of the healthcare, hospice and / or home health industry is preferredYou will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
