ACCOUNTING COORDINATOR

Our client, a growing company in the IT sector, is seeking a detail-oriented

Accounting Coordinator

to join their team and support their expanding operations.

ACCOUNTING COORDINATOR ROLE :

Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processing

Reconciling accounts and ensuring accuracy in financial records

Pulling financial reports and analyzing data

Paying bills and managing vendor accounts

Allocating charges, with a focus on credit card transactions

Processing and verifying travel expense reports

ACCOUNTING COORDINATOR REQUIREMENTS :

The Accounting Coordinator must have proficiency in QuickBooks

The Accounting Coordinator must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills

The Accounting Coordinator must have the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

This is an in-office position. Salary range is $43,000 to $47,000 DOE.
