INDEPENDENT PRACTICE

Hourly + Travel Expenses

Hospital Setting

Credentialing : 60 days

Start : 9 / 1 / 25

End : 3 / 31 / 26

Schedule : 4 10s plus call

Patient Volume : Variable, average 8-10 cases per day which includes Endo & cataracts. Anesthesia runs 3-4 rooms per day.

Procedures : Ortho, general, podiatry, ENT, healthy Peds, Urology, OB / GYN, and occasional endoscopy. No heads, hearts, spine.

License : OR

Relevant / Skill Set Needed : Spinals, OB, Epidurals, Endoscopy, Peripheral Nerve Blocks, PICC line (not required), ultrasound guided procedures
