This is a great opportunity for providers who are confident, collaborative, and thrive in a fast-paced urgent care setting.You will : Provide comprehensive medical care to walk-in patientsManage all aspects of patient care during your shiftSupervise and support clinical team membersAccurately complete patient charts and documentation in a timely mannerRead and interpret X-rays and EKGsPerform procedures including suturing, splinting, abscess I&Ds, and moreHandle biological specimens as neededContribute to a positive, respectful patient experienceWhat We're Looking For : Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Massachusetts35 years of clinical experience (urgent care or family medicine preferred)Strong skills in common urgent care proceduresAbility to read and interpret X-rays and EKGsExcellent communicator with a team-first mindsetActive DEA license and Massachusetts controlled substance certificateProfessional appearance, independent judgment, and multitasking abilityTypical Schedule : MondayFriday optionsWeekend availability required for most rolesRotating or fixed shifts availablePhysical Requirements : This role requires standing and walking for extended periods.
