Licensed Practical Nurse

Description :

Nurses with Comfort Care will provide weekly medication set ups for clients and also monthly visits to some client whom are authorized for diabetic nail care, monitoring skin condition, or APC care plan evaluation. Nurses will travel to various location though out the day. Nurses will also need excellent communication skills to communicate with clients, caregivers, office staff, doctors, nurses and other care professionals. Nurses are responsible for maintaining service records for the services performed for each client. Nurses will also be responsible for picking up client's medications local pharmacies on an occasional basis. Nurses will also be responsible for obtaining doctor's order for prescriptions that the clients have.

Requirements :

Must be 18 years old. Must be able to read, write, and follow directions. Must have an active nursing license in the State of Missouri.
