About the Role
As a Construction Project Manager at Holiday Oil, you will oversee all phases of construction projects-planning, scheduling, budgeting, coordination, execution, and close-out. You will serve as the core point of communication between internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and stakeholders. This role ensures our projects are delivered on time, within budget, safely, and with exceptional quality.
What You'll Do
- Develop project plans, timelines, schedules, and budgets
- Lead and coordinate all construction phases from pre-construction through completion
- Manage materials, equipment, labor, and subcontractor performance
- Conduct site visits to evaluate progress and ensure safety and quality standards
- Identify risks, resolve issues, and mitigate delays proactively
- Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, inspections, and company policies
- Facilitate project meetings and update stakeholders clearly and consistently
- Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, forecasts, and change orders
- Maintain accurate daily logs, reports, and project documentation
- Serve as the main liaison with clients, architects, engineers, and vendors
- Review and interpret construction documents, drawings, and blueprints
- Solicit bids and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Perform additional duties as assigned
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience3-5 years of experience in construction project managementStrong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, codes, and regulationsProficiency in project management and scheduling software, plus Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously with accuracy and accountabilityValid driver's license and clean driving recordAbility to travel to job sites as neededProficiency in English for effective communicationPreferred Qualifications
