Pennsylvania Licensed Care Manager Supervisor

A company is looking for a Professional Care Manager, Supervisor (RN).

Key Responsibilities

Oversee care coordination functions for clinical staff, including supervision, coaching, and counseling

Monitor staff productivity and adherence to regulatory standards, managing schedules to meet departmental goals

Facilitate staff orientation, performance evaluations, and contribute to the development of departmental policies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field required

2 years of nursing experience required

4 years of care manager experience required

Case management certification or approved clinical certification within one year of hire required

Two years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred
