JOB TITLE : Assistant Manager.
REPORTS TO : Program Manager.
Supervises : Staff in the assigned area.
Hours : Tuesday - Saturday or Wednesday - Sunday
SUMMARY :
The Assistant Manager position supports the Program Manager in providing leadership, oversight, and direction for their assigned Loveland Center programs. They assist in building pathways for inclusion in the greater community and help move the center forward in providing the best services and support for the I / DD community.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Associate’s Degree in a related field with at least one (1) year experience working in an educational, health care, or related field and at least six (6) months working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Experience will substitute year for year for educational experience. Must have a driver’s license and access to a reliable motor vehicle.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS : The physical demands described here are representative of those that would normally be met by an Assistant Manager to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the Assistant Program Manager is regularly required to talk and hear; frequently is required to stand, walk, sit; and use hands. The Assistant Program Manager is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; as well as stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. WORK ENVIRONMENT : The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that an Assistant Manager encounters while performing the essential functions of their jobs.
