Intake Attorney Las Vegas, Nevada

We are seeking an Intake Attorney to join our law firm, focusing on assisting new clients affected by deceptive, abusive, or unfair business practices. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the field of Consumer Protection and Breach of Contract law while being part of a supportive team.

Intake Attorney Requirements & Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in any state.
  • Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

    • Intake Attorney Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Manage intake welcome calls for new clients in cases involving fraud, false advertising, deceptive trade practices, and violations of consumer protection laws.
  • Understand or be willing to learn about general business practices, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Truth In Lending laws, UCC-1 filings, and lien avoidance.
  • Advise clients about the firms services and their legal rights and remedies under consumer protection statutes.
  • Facilitate the signing of attorney-client service agreements (no selling involved).
  • Maintain detailed records utilizing the firms CRM, including regular case updates.
