Director of Nursing (DON) Skilled Nursing Facility

Bethany Health Care Center is seeking an experienced, passionate Director of Nursing with at least 5 years of long-term care experience interested in leading our dedicated team of professionals.  Apply today for immediate consideration!

Full-time exempt (from $104,000 - $145,600 based on experience)

Our Director of Nursing shall be an individual who demonstrates superb leadership qualities with being comfortable with change.  Will lead by example and demonstrate a willingness and interest in helping out at all levels of operations.  The position requires a high level of professionalism, good mentoring skills, attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, self-motivation, strong written and verbal communication skills, and proficient computer skills.

Qualifications :

• Register Nurse with a current MA license in good standing
• A minimum of five years' experience in long-term care setting, with 3-5 years as Director of Nursing
• Hold a current CPR Certification
• Proficient in the use of computers and Electronic Medical Records
• Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, amd guidelines that pertain to long term care
