JOB DESCRIPTION :

• With a service oriented demeanor patrols campus and ensures vehicles including bicycles and scooters are parked in compliance with campus parking rules and regulations.
• Interprets regulations and makes decisions on violation applicability.
• Enters data into computer systems h andheld or mobile devices to issue citations.
• Utilizes parking management system to review citation and / or veh icle history.
• Educates campus community and visitors on rules and regulations.
• Assists visitors with information on campus locations and directions.
• Provides support to University events including traffic coordination and transportation.
• Observes analyzes and reports the need for directional and regulatory signage.
• Aids motorists in need of assistance. Observes detects and reports suspicious activities.
• Provides written reports as necessary.
• May provide backup coverage for dispatch including radio operations and customer service.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

NOTE : Position tasks are required to be performed in-person at an Emory University location; working remote is not an option. Emory reserves the right to change this status with notice to employee.
