Lustercraft Plastics is hiring a full-time Window Well Cover Assembler . You’ll work hands-on building our custom egress window well covers — a unique, in-demand product you can see at lustercraft.com. We provide on-the-job training to help you succeed and grow your skillset.

Job Responsibilities :

Assemble window well covers using woodworking tools (table saw, chop saw, drill press, sanders, etc.)

Read and interpret build sheets and customer orders

Use a tape measure accurately and consistently

Ensure quality workmanship and attention to detail

Occasionally assist with installations (some work outdoors in varying conditions)

What We're Looking For :

1–2 years experience with basic woodworking tools (framing, trim carpentry, shop work, etc.)

Strong tape measure skills and tool familiarity

Ability to show up on time, every day

Willingness to learn and work independently after training

A positive, professional attitude

Eagerness to work in a clean, supportive environment
