$41,000 Base + Commission | Full-Time | In-Office Houston, TX

Gutters by Berger Home Services is a family-owned home improvement company looking for a dependable, organized, and sharp multitasker to handle appointment scheduling and dispatching for our sales reps across multiple Texas cities.

If youre detail-oriented, quick on your feet, and great on the phone, youll thrive here. This role is ideal for someone with administrative, dispatching, or inside sales experience who wants a steady, full-time position in a growing company.

What Youll Do

  • Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments for sales representatives across multiple territories
  • Use Mapping Software to plan efficient daily routes
  • Communicate with customers and field reps by phone, text, and email
  • Maintain organized schedules, update data in CRM and spreadsheets
  • Troubleshoot schedule conflicts and make smart decisions on the fly
  • Support the sales team to ensure smooth daily operations
  • What Were Looking For

  • Excellent communication and phone etiquette
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with Excel or Google Sheets (required)
  • Familiar with dispatching, appointment setting, or administrative coordination
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Calm under pressure thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • A sales or customer service background is a plus
  • Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary : $41,000 per year
  • Commission : 0.3% of total gross revenue from sold jobs generated through scheduled appointments
  • Estimated Total Earnings : $45,000$55,000+ annually
