We're hiring LPN / RN Medication Nurses to help launch our brand-new facility opening November 2025 at 509 Mount Hood St, Ste 200, The Dalles, OR.

  • 💰 Competitive pay : $30 / hr.-$45 / hr. Depending on Experience

  • Our treatment center hours are : 5 : 00 a.m.- 1 : 00 p.m. M-F and 6 : 00 - 10 : 00 a.m. on rotating Saturdays.

    What does your day look like :

  • Will be responsible for administering and dispensing the proper dose of methadone or buprenorphine medication to each client per order given by the prescribing licensed independent practitioner.
  • Perform s screening of clients and updates charting regarding client's progress.
  • Relay s client feedback to appropriate team members to assure coordination of care.
  • Provide compassionate high-quality care.
  • Qualifications and Skills

  • Licensure in Oregon LPN or RN.
  • CPR Certified.
  • M eet Oregon requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program.
  • Current driver's license.
