As part of Detection and Measurement, CUES is the world's leading developer of water, wastewater, and storm water inspection equipment. With CCTV cameras, pre-built vehicles, and software for pipeline inspection and rehabilitation, we improve the safety and reliability of our water infrastructure systems.

How you will make an Impact (Job Summary)

SPX is a diverse team of unique individuals who all make an impact. As Vehicle Assembly Supervisor you will oversee daily operations on the assembly line. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of assemblers, ensuring vehicles are assembled safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will coordinate production schedules, monitor workflow, and implement process improvements while maintaining compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

What you can expect in this role (Job Responsibilities)

While each day brings new opportunities at Cues, your core responsibilities will be :

• Operational Excellence
• Supervise and coordinate daily assembly line operations to meet production targets.
• Identify areas for improvement by analyzing current processes, data, and production workflows
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and work instructions.
• Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and quality control teams to resolve production issues.
• Training and Coaching
• Train, mentor, and evaluate assembly team members to maintain high performance.
• Lead daily team meetings to reinforce expectations, share best practices, and provide feedback.
• Monitor employee performance and provide constructive, real-time coaching to drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular skills assessments to identify training needs and ensure all team members meet performance and safety benchmarks.
• Develop and implement onboarding programs for new team members to ensure a smooth integration into the production environment.
