Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime as needed.
Commitment to company policies and procedures, including health & safety and dress code.
Strong judgment and ability to make decisions based on established protocols.
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record (travel required).
Ability to work at multiple locations with minimal notice.
Strong multitasking abilities in a high-volume environment.
Strong customer focus with excellent communication skills and adaptability.
Ability to work effectively with peers, supervisors, and patients.
Training locations may vary based on trainer availability.
Qualification and Education :
High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
Experience :
1 3 years of phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
Experience working in a Patient Service Center preferred.
Customer service experience in a retail or service environment strongly preferred.
Keyboarding / data entry experience required.
Responsibilities and Duties :
Travel between multiple sites and arrive on time for scheduled assignments.
Perform specimen collection and related duties with accuracy and professionalism.
Maintain a clean driving record and follow travel guidelines.
Submit mileage for expense reimbursement as applicable.
