This fully remote role focuses exclusively on high-level policy interpretation and risk advisory, free from courtroom obligations or business development pressure. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze commercial insurance policies, including general liability, EPLI, and E&O lines
• Draft comprehensive coverage evaluations and strategic legal opinions
• Assess risk related to bad faith exposure and claims outcomes
• Collaborate with leadership and clients on high-stakes advisory matters
• Operate autonomously in a virtual, high-trust work environment

Qualifications:

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school and active California Bar license
• Experience in insurance coverage, claims analysis, or related advisory roles
• Strong legal writing, policy interpretation, and analytical skills
• Background with high-value or complex claims preferred
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote setting
