Reservations & Customer Experience Coordinator

In this fully remote role as a Reservations & Customer Experience Coordinator, you'll be the key point of contact for golfers and courses alike ensuring reservations are flawless, coordinating with resorts, and delivering top-notch customer service. You'll also support their leadership team with operational tasks, helping keep the business running smoothly. Work EU, UAE, or UK hours and become part of a dynamic, international team making a real impact on the golf experience worldwide.
Responsibilities :
- Make and manage golf reservations around the world, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Work flexible hours based on the location of golf courses, including late-night or overnight shifts
- Coordinate with golf courses to confirm bookings and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Communicate with golfers to address inquiries or concerns, enhancing their experience
- Maintain an organized system for managing bookings and communications
- Deliver exceptional customer service to foster loyalty and satisfaction
- Support senior leadership, including the CEO, VP of Operations, Head of Sales, and Head of Finance
Requirements :
