Essential duties include:

• Provides nursing and supportive care in accordance with the Interdisciplinary Plan of Care, under the direction of the RN.
• Communicates with the attending physicians, other team members to coordinate optimal care for the patient/family.
• Document all services provided and submit them on appropriate forms and Report changes in patient condition and need to RN
• Great time management skills

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Current and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Louisiana license
• Current CPR certification
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including 12-hour shifts
• Have dependable transportation
