Role Overview : The Program Coordinator compiles information for new and existing cases in the Title IV-D Child Support Program. You will link constituencies to appropriate local county IV-D programs. You will also assist in resolving problems for child support program participants, organizing program reports, enrolling participants, and maintaining consultative services. You will organize and maintain current and historical files such as intergovernmental documents, referrals, information requests, and case management reports.

This position is in the Central DCS offices at the Indiana Government Center in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Salary : The salary for this position traditionally starts at $34,216 but may be commensurate with education or work experience. Use our Compensation Calculator to view the total compensation package.

A Day in the Life

The essential functions of this role are as follows :

• Compile information relative to the assigned program area.
• Coordinate correspondence for information requests.
• Organize and maintain current and historical files related to the program.
• Organize program reports, applications, and maintain consultative services.
• Maintain and organize program assets.
• Prepare all program related training materials.
