A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate I to provide support for members and providers.
Key Responsibilities
Responds to routine inquiries and concerns from members and providers in a timely manner
Resolves basic issues and prevents escalation by providing accurate information and support
Documents communications and maintains performance standards in a high-paced contact center environment
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required
Entry-level position with little or no previous experience needed
Preferred experience in multitasking with multiple systems and programs
Ability to adhere to quality standards and compliance regulations
Experience in customer service or contact center environments is a plus
