We operate three schools : Crossroads Academy – Central Street (K–6), Crossroads Academy – Quality Hill (K–5), and Crossroads Preparatory Academy (7–12) as well as community partnerships for pre-kindergarten students. Position Specifications

This is a full-time (42.5 hours) exempt position in the office and school environments. Crossroads Charter Schools is located in the Kansas city downtown area and the schools are walkable. There is occasional travel for conferences.

Benefits

Compensation and Benefits :

The salary range for this position is $150,000- $175,000. Crossroads Charter Schools offers a robust benefits package, including 100% paid insurance plan, generous paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
