Your Role as Lead Driver / Supervisor

As a Lead Driver / Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth and efficient transportation services for our airline partners. Your key responsibilities include :

Driver Leadership : Inspire and guide a team of drivers, optimizing schedules and routes to ensure maximum profitability and top-tier customer experiences.

Team Building & Coaching : Recruit, interview, train, and mentor drivers to build a high-performing team.

Fleet Management : Oversee vehicle inspections, maintenance scheduling, and fleet condition, working closely with our Fleet Manager.

Safety Champion : Conduct safety audits, lead station safety meetings, and promote safe work practices.

Operational Excellence : Manage local permits, vehicle registrations, and airport transportation relationships while ensuring paperwork and protocols are handled promptly.

What to Expect

Field Time : Depending on location, you may spend 50-75% of your shift in the field, keeping our operations running smoothly.

Flexibility : Sundays and holidays are part of the schedule because our airline partners count on us every day!
