Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor daily offshore operations and ensure process adherence.
• Assist in compiling and analyzing performance data.
• Support SLA tracking and reporting efforts.
• Help identify potential process bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Work with vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot basic operational issues.
• Maintain process documentation and assist in standardization efforts.
• Participate in basic process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills :

Annual Pay Range : 54,300 - 65,000 USD
