MINT dentistry is seeking a dynamic and innovative videographer/content creator dedicated to crafting compelling visual content that captures our brand’s essence. We are looking for a creative professional with a passion for translating ideas into visually stunning and engaging video content across various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Concept Development:
  • Create compelling and visually stunning content for short-form, long-form, and various social media platforms including YouTube.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to brainstorm and develop unique concepts for video projects.
  • Translate ideas into engaging visual stories that align with brand messaging and project goals.
  • Edit existing raw footage into polished, compelling, and visually stunning content for short-form (social media clips, promotional videos) and long-form (documentaries, feature videos) using editing software.
  • Collaborate with the social media team to brainstorm and develop unique and engaging video concepts tailored for all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • ranslate trending topics and brand messages into visually appealing and shareable content.
  • Keep up with social media trends and viral content to create innovative ideas for social media and YouTube growth.
• Pre-Production Planning:
  • Create detailed mood boards, storyboards, and shot lists.
  • Plan and organize all aspects of the shoot, including studio, location scouting, scheduling, and talent coordination.
  • Determine and prepare necessary equipment and props.
• Video Shooting:
  • Capture high-quality footage using professional camera equipment.
  • Direct talent and manage the set to ensure the creative vision is executed effectively.
  • Utilize lighting techniques and camera angles to enhance the visual impact.
• Editing and Post-Production:
  • Edit raw footage into a polished final product using editing software.
  • Incorporate graphics, animations, music, color grading, and sound effects to enhance storytelling.
  • Color grade and correct footage to achieve the desired look and feel.
• Creative Collaboration:
  • Work closely with graphic designers, marketing, and other creative professionals to integrate all elements seamlessly.
  • Review edits with management and incorporate feedback to refine the final product.
  • Handle special projects such as veneers, ortho, oral surgery, executive events, leadership retreats, music label projects, collaborations, and dental assisting academy projects.
• Innovation and Trends:
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in videography and multimedia production.
  • Experiment with new styles, tools, and technologies to keep content fresh and engaging.
• Project Management:
  • Manage project timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Maintain an organized workflow and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Team Communication:
  • Liaise with the marketing team to understand vision and objectives.
  • Present ideas, progress updates, and final edits in a timely, clear, and professional manner.
• Technical Maintenance:
  • Ensure all video equipment is maintained and in good working condition.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues during production and post-production phases.
  • Manage inventory controls and content management.
• Content Strategy Contribution:
  • Provide input on overall content strategy and contribute ideas for new video content.
  • Analyze the performance of video content and suggest improvements based on social platform engagement and feedback.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a videographer with a strong portfolio of previous work.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Excellent storytelling skills and creative vision.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Technical proficiency in camera operation, lighting, and sound.
