  • You have a strong understanding of GAAP standards

  • You have experience creating and auditing end of month / end of quarter reports

    • Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
  • Support cash flow management, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
  • Support payroll processing and benefits reconciliations.
  • Help prepare audit documentation and support tax filings.
  • Assist with system implementations, process improvements, and scaling financial operations.

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2+ years of accounting experience (public accounting or private industry).
  • Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) and Excel.
  • Experience assisting with or managing a budget / forecast for a small to midsized business
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
