We are hiring full-time Drill Operators to join our growing team in the Drill Department. This is a hands-on manufacturing role where you'll operate drilling equipment, perform part inspections, and support production goals in a fast-paced environment. We're looking for candidates with strong technical aptitude who are eager to learn and grow within our company.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operate drilling machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications
- Replace drills and maintain basic machine setup
- Follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe workspaces
- Communicate and escalate issues such as equipment malfunctions or non-conforming parts
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets
