Responsibilities
Perform X-ray imaging procedures with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
Collaborate with healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care.
Document and report imaging results accurately and promptly.
Analyze and interpret X-ray images to assist in diagnosis.
Maintain and calibrate X-ray equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards.
Provide excellent customer service and patient interaction.
Contribute to achieving departmental targets and performance metrics.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in radiologic technology.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.
Engage in self-assessment and feedback to improve personal performance.
Assist in scheduling and managing patient appointments efficiently.
Experience / Qualifications
Certified Radiologic Technologist with valid state license in Pennsylvania.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Minimum 2 years of experience in X-ray imaging and radiologic procedures.
Strong understanding of healthcare safety standards and regulations.
Proven ability to document and report imaging results accurately.
Proficient in operating and maintaining X-ray equipment.
Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction.
Ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals for patient care.
Strong analytical skills to interpret X-ray images.
Experience in scheduling and managing patient appointments.
