Job Description :

As an SAP Cutover Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the cutover activities during SAP project implementations. Your role will involve working closely with project teams, business stakeholders, and IT departments to manage the transition from legacy systems to SAP, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Tasks :

• Cutover Planning : Develop detailed cutover plans, including timelines, tasks, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Coordination : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all cutover activities are aligned with overall project timelines and objectives.
• Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for all cutover-related activities, providing regular updates to stakeholders and ensuring clear communication across teams.
• Execution Management : Oversee the execution of cutover activities, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and in accordance with the plan.
• Risk Management : Identify potential risks and issues related to the cutover process, developing contingency plans to mitigate them.
• Testing and Validation : Coordinate and manage system testing and validation activities to ensure that all systems are functioning as expected post-cutover.
• Documentation : Maintain detailed documentation of cutover plans, procedures, and outcomes to support knowledge transfer and future projects.
• Post-Cutover Support : Provide support during the post-cutover phase to ensure a smooth transition and address any issues that arise.
