Training and Education Instructor

Location : Pasadena,TX

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Your work will play a critical role in shaping and supporting a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, positively impacting the lives of more than 65,000 patients across the country.

Key Responsibilities :

Facilitate in-person and virtual training programs for new hires and current staff

Assist in onboarding processes and continuing education initiatives

Develop and deliver educational content tailored to various learning styles

Identify knowledge gaps and work with leadership to improve training materials

Stay informed on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and relevance

Requirements :

Minimum of 2 years' experience in the home care or home health industry

Prior training or educational experience preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to engage and motivate adult learners

Valid driver’s license and insurance

Reliable transportation
