We are seeking a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to assist with the migration from an existing help desk system to ServiceNow. This role will focus on configuring modules, performing data mapping, CMDB setup, and integrating with other applications, with full documentation and knowledge transfer at the end of the engagement.
Responsibilities
- Configure and implement ServiceNow modules.
- Set up and map data for the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- Ensure thorough documentation of configurations, customizations, and integrations for post-implementation handoff.
- Assist in designing workflows, service catalog items, and employee self-service portal.
Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience configuring and implementing ServiceNow modules.Proven experience with CMDB setup and data integration from external sources.Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.Experience with ServiceNow core modules (Incident, Change, Knowledge, Catalog, etc.).Ability to produce clear, complete documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer.Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.Required Skills
