Anesthesiologist needed 90min West of Chicago Dates : October- December Shifts : M-F 7am-5pm; 8, 10, 12 and 24 hour shifts available Cases : B+B, GYN, Spine, Ortho, Healthy Peds, light OB, possible Cardiac Supervision 1 : 3 ABA, IL Lic, ACLS, BLS, PALS EMR : EPIC Credentialing : 90 days - files will need to be complete by Aug 22nd to get started on time
