Changeover / Conversion Crew

ASM Global / SMG has an immediate opening for members of our Conversion Crew at the accesso ShoWare Center in Kent, WA. The Conversion Crew is responsible for the arena set up from event to event. Conversion Crew is under supervision of the Conversion Manager & Director of Operations.

Major Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the conversion from event to event. Work involves, but not limited to, moving equipment, setting up equipment such as stages, basketball floor, hockey dasher walls and some forklift operation.
• Responsible for ensuring equipment is set up according to manufacturer guidelines and Company policy.
• Ability to adhere and abide by all accesso ShoWare Center, ASM Global & SMG Policies and Procedures.
• Ability to be able to follow written and verbal directions.

Qualifications :

Employees are eligible to join our 401K after 1 year and 1000 hours of service. Holidays worked are paid at time and a half. Sick Time is accrued at 1 hour for every 30 worked and can be used in 2-hour increments or more. Employees (and family) will be eligible for Medical, Dental & Vision benefits when completing 1560 hours in a 365-day time frame.
