Required Education : Earned doctorate in Ministry, Theology, Leadership, or a related field (Master's degree with extensive experience in ministry leadership will be considered).

Job Summary :

Johnson University invites applications for a full-time Professor of Ministry Leadership within the School of Christian Ministries. This faculty member will be responsible for teaching courses in ministry leadership, mentoring students, and contributing to the ongoing development of Johnson University's ministry programs. The professor will also engage in scholarship and service in alignment with the mission of the university.

Requirements :

• Demonstrated effectiveness in teaching, ministry leadership, and mentoring students.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience working in ministry contexts such as pastoral leadership, church administration, or nonprofit ministry leadership.
• Commitment to integrating faith and learning in higher education.
• Must be committed to the full support of Johnson University's Mission & Core Values Statement and Statement of Faith and Practice.
• Theologically aligned and actively connected to the Stone-Campbell Movement and the Christian Churches and Churches of Christ.
