SERVPRO of Oldsmar / Westchase, Gainesville West, Alachua County West is hiring a Restoration Supervisor. As the front-line representative of the SERVPRO brand, the Restoration Supervisor demonstrates the company's Here to Help commitment to customers and clients. This is done by coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities on projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities include :

• Coordinating, overseeing, and performing restoration processes as scheduled and ensuring quality control
• Managing the customer and client experience and overall project satisfaction
• Communicating clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervising their activities
• Thoroughly documenting restoration projects to support the services provided
• Managing labor, equipment, and supply usage on assigned projects
• Communicating progress, problems, and important updates with internal team members
• Verifying all safety protocols are established and followed for workplace safety
• Performing daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle and equipment maintenance, as assigned
• Coaching and training restoration technicians

Pay starts at $20 - $25 an hour based on experience, with the possibility of overtime pay.
