Job description3+ years experience in healthcare or provider relations, ideally within payers or provider offices. Strong experience of claims processing, billing, and healthcare workflows. Excellent communication (verbal / written) and presentation skills. Ability to work professionally with all levels — from office managers to medical directors. Excel proficiency : filtering, sorting, reviewing spreadsheets (used multiple times weekly). Daily tools : Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, Outlook)
Job Description :
- REMOTE Ocassional visit to the office (monthly once or twice)
- Supports providers through communication, education, and issue / dispute resolution.
- Focus on triaging provider concerns, particularly where no rep is assigned.
- Must manage both inbound / outbound calls and emails
- Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers.
- Address provider issues related to claims, credentialing, authorization, or system setup.
- Facilitate education via training webinars and live provider sessions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Claims, Credentialing, Authorization).
- Participate in small-scale projects (e.g., STARs, HEDIS, CAPS outreach).
- Manage and document issue resolution processes; provide follow-up and reports.
