Job description

Job Title : Food Prep / Prep Cook

Location :  Parky's Smokehouse

Salary : $13-$16 / hour

Benefits : 401k & 401k match, HealthiestYou by Teladoc, many major holidays off.

Schedule : Full-time or Part-time with flexible scheduling

Join our family-owned restaurant known for authentic barbecue and signature steaks! As a Prep Cook at Parky's Smokehouse, you'll be essential to our kitchen operations in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

What You'll Do :

  • Prepare and portion food according to specifications
  • Maintain a clean, organized kitchen
  • Wash dishes and kitchen utensils as needed
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff for efficient operations
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

What We're Looking For :

  • Prior food prep experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
